 How OrderMaster Works

Step 1 : We help you import all of your product and customer data into OrderMaster's databases with a built in import utility.

Step 2 : At market, you have a computer (or network) with OrderMaster running, a 'docking cradle' for the computer to talk to the OrderMaster handheld scanners, and as many scanners as you need to correctly supply your sales staff.

Step 3 : When your salesperson assists a customer, they enter their own sales ID number, and the customer's phone number. Then they just scan the bar codes on products the customer is ordering ... no mistaken product codes and no poor handwriting enter the process.

Step 4 : When done, the salesperson drops the handheld scanner into the docking cradle. In moments, the order is transferred and OrderMaster is ready to print an acknowledgement for the customer.

Step 5 : At the end of the day, OrderMaster exports EDI files which are trasmitted to your office.

Step 6 : Run any of the wide variety of OrderMaster sales reports to know in real time what's hot and what's not!
